Winter Fashion 2010 - HOT or NOT

We are still in Winter, but that doesn't mean we are going to be staying there for long. With chilly days still lingering around the corner, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and spring is on the way. Even on a tight budget there is no need to get a new wardrobe for the new year. Just a few essential pieces and a quick crash course on what styles can follow you into the new year, and what needs to be left in 2009 for good!
HOT - BLACK LEGGINGS : Pair them with a dress, a long shirt, boots, or heels they go with everything so keep them around!

NOT- BLACK WIDE-LEG PANTS : There's enough room in these pants to hide you & your best friends curves, now wheres the fun in that? Go for a slimmer cut.
HOT- BANDAGE SKIRTS : These tight fitted skirts are 100% date proof pair them with a fitted top and even a belt rawww... it screams sexy!
NOT - FULL SKIRTS : The poof has passed its expiration date, stash it away in your closet till the fashion gods declare it's in again
NOT - FLOOR LENGTH DRESSES : I unfortunately was a fan of this style (wink), but men everywhere are celebrating the latest fashion extinction.
HOT- BOYFRIEND PANTS: Just relax on this one, roll them up, leave them down, the idea here is seriously R.E.L.A.X. and pair with your favorite top. ( Gap $$ )
NOT - BOOT CUT JEANS: Didn't think you would hear me say that one did you, this once red hot style has sizzled out.
HOT - LONG SHEER TEES : They are great for layering, long sheer cotton tops definately are on the top of comfort and style for the new year.
NOT - SHORT FITTED : Boxy is not Foxy, Next Please !
HOT - MOTORCYCLE BOOTS: With details like buckles and zippers, the key on this is actually the rugged the better.
NOT - LADYLIKE BOOTS: Pointy toes, sleek design, and kitten heels just got ran over by the other boots. Sorry.
HOT - SMALL DAY BAGS: Try to pick one out with a detachable strap so you can sling it over your shoulder during the day, and use it as a clutch at night.
NOT - OVERSIZE DAY BAGS: Yes, everyone out there loved the extra room to fit.. well everything! But is the backache really worth it ?
HOT - BIG JEWELRY: Pile on megabig pieces, in rocker inspired shapes (crosses, skulls), pendants that are sparkly, neon, anything BIG stays this year.
NOT - DAINTY JEWELRY: Simple and understated pieces say just that about you, do something fierce for yourself and your style and go BIG !
