He is a welterweight known for his appearances in the UFC and on The Ultimate Fighter 4 reality television show. After defeating Robbie Lawler at UFC 42, Spratt was offered at shot at the UFC welterweight title. However, Spratt did not feel he was ready to fight reigning champion Matt Hughes, and turned down the offer.[2] He was one of the cast members of The Ultimate Fighter 4, which unlike every other season of the show featured past veterans from the UFC. When it comes to the sport of mixed martial arts, Pete Spratt has seen and done it all. He has fought on the biggest stage, the UFC, for several years and picked up wins over the likes of current Elite XC Middleweight champ, Robbie Lawler, along the way. Spratt was even a cast member on The Ultimate Fighter 4: The Comeback and while he would have liked to have advanced further within the competition it did give Spratt the opportunity to re-enter the UFC after a two-year hiatus. Today, Spratt is one of the top free agents in MMA and can be seen fighting for HDNet Fights and several other elite MMA organizations. Entertainment wise, Spratt has a budding music and acting career. In 2007, Spratt realeased his 1st solo cd called Real which is available at select Hastings' and Best Buy Stores, also available online at CDBaby.com. He also has movies called Repentance and Serum available at all Blockbuster Video and Best Buy stores. In 2008, Spratt has landed roles in several films including a romantic comedy written by Scott Wolf, Ryan Reynolds and Josh Lopez due to be in production in 2009.
